DAVIS—As thousands of campers participate in Falls Creek summer weeks, a new event was added to help Oklahoma Baptist pastors at camp connect with one another.

Fried pies are a regular feature at the Pastors Fellowship at Falls Creek.

Todd Fisher, Oklahoma Baptists executive director treasurer, initiated a pastors fellowship every Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Mathena Event Center.

“This is a time for pastors to spend with one another and with Oklahoma Baptists’ staff,” he said. “There’s no agenda. We just are enjoying fellowship and some great refreshments, including fried pies!”

“I enjoyed getting together to meet some of the other pastors and see some I hadn’t seen in a while,” said Keith Stone, pastor of Tulsa, Lynn Lane. “I also enjoyed spending some time getting to know our new executive director-treasurer better.”

The fellowship will continue through the duration of the summer weeks, as well as during Indian Falls Creek. No registration is required for pastors to attend. For more information, contact Oklahoma Baptists executive office at 405/942-3800.
