There is more to do than just tournament recreation, ropes course elements, and concessions in the free time slots at Falls Creek. In 2016, Falls Creek will offer 11 breakout conferences. Attendance at these breakouts has grown each year as students and leaders alike choose from a wide variety of study options. Check out summaries for each breakout below. Daybreak, Student Leadership

Students who have finished the 10th through 12th grades will have the opportunity to engage in a special spiritual leadership track.

Called To Ministry

Students will get instruction on critical steps to take in following up their Call to Ministry decision. They will hear about other resources and events that will be great helps to them in fulfilling God’s call on their lives.

Missions

Leader Breakout—Leaders will learn more about mobilizing their students for missions and hear about the new Connect>1 evangelism campaign.

Student Breakout—Students will learn how to start where they are and let God expand their horizons through day-to-day obedience.

Worship Conference

Led by our worship band for the week, students will hear the band’s heart for worship, be engaged in a time of Q&A, and possibly move on stage to get an up-close look at the band’s gear and set up for the week.

Drug and Alcohol Prevention

This is a full on educational session with expert presenters from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics. Come gain tips on awareness, prevention and intervention from those on the front lines.

Personal Evangelism

Students will receive instruction from our weekly camp pastor on the means and motivation of personal evangelism.

Adult Leadership Investment, Impact In Your Small Group

This breakout for youth pastors and sponsors will discuss how to use our small groups for lasting impact.

Apologetics Forum

This will be a time of instruction in knowing how to own and communicate your faith. The Word of God is critical to all we do as believers. Students will receive vital helps in becoming a person who knows how to accurately handle “the Word of truth.”

New Believers

Students will get instruction on critical steps to take in following up their decision, and will receive information on resources that can help them immediately build a strong foundation in their walk with Christ.

Project Love: Thought Life

The thought is the father of the deed. How we think affects who we are AND what we do. This breakout will tackle the subject of pornography and help students build appropriate boundaries for their minds and lives.
