TULSA— Send Network Oklahoma is excited to once again host the Send Network Luncheon at the Pastors’ Conference during this year’s Oklahoma Baptists Annual Meeting. The luncheon will be held Nov. 9 at Tulsa, South Tulsa.
This year’s speaker is Daniel Henderson, who serves as Founder and President of Strategic Renewal and the Global Director of The 6:4 Fellowship, a coalition of pastors committed to “prayer-and-word-powered” ministry drawn from Acts 6:4.
Henderson served in ministry for four decades, including nearly three decades as a senior pastor, leading congregations in California and Minnesota through prayer-based revitalization before turning his full attention to helping churches nationwide rediscover the priority of prayer. His ministry has taken him to all 50 states and 48 countries, and he is the author of nearly 20 books, including Transforming Prayer.
Henderson will speak on the priority and practice of prayer in the local church, encouraging pastors toward a renewed, worship-based approach to leading their congregations in prayer.
The luncheon is free to attend, though seating is limited to 200 guests. Every attendee will receive a complimentary copy of Henderson’s book, Transforming Prayer.
