EDITORIAL: Is it sin?

Ask, and most will agree, there is no shortage on sin. Ask for a definition of sin, and few will concur. What some may consider sin may not be considered sin by others. Sin has never been more popular than now as society has become more and more accepting of it. Who is to blame?

I want to comment to whomever wrote this editorial that is probably the most well written editorial I have read from the Baptist Messenger and truly speaks to the heart. In my work and more importantly in my personal life, I try to taken the time to witness to whomever I come across, regardless of the state of sin they may be in. In doing this, I have seen so much harm come from proclaimed Christians whom have been given a public forum and their denouncement of certain groups of sinners. This has made witnesses far more difficult because I have to immediately answer questions regarding those public comments when I simply desire to get those people in Church and let God deal with their sins. I know I am unable to change a man's heart. So this editorial truly spoke to me and I believe hit the nail on the head as to what I percieve as damage being done by those given a public platform. Whomever wrote this, God Bless and that was a great editorial.
